Promoting Florence and Tuscany as one of the first international Wedding Destinations.
Tuscany for Weddings, since 2015
For over 20 years, Fondazione Destination Florence has been the official promotional association of Florence, with the mission of attracting important events, congresses, international weddings and high-quality tourism towards the destination, thanks to its network that exceeds more than 300 members on the territory.
In 2015 Tuscany for Weddings was created; a division dedicated to the promotion of the Florentine and Tuscan area as a destination for international weddings and events; a strategic partner and reference point for wedding planners from all over the world, offering the best services provided by members and partners throughout the Tuscan territory.
Thanks to our expertise, Florence hosted the 3rd edition of the DWP Congress in 2016
Florence was the first destination to host a "widespread" edition, held in multiple locations, of the famous Destination Wedding Planner Congress. The Tuscany for Weddings team played an essential role in the event, supporting the organizers at every step.
